(Rape and incest are reasonable exceptions to a pro- life regime)

I've always been of the mind that the child should not be punished for the actions of the rapist but splitting off rape does deal with the issue that some pro-choice people raise about outlawing abortion being equivalent to making the mother the slave of the fetus even if it is considered a person.

As for incest I would say that most incest is rape or at least statutory rape and it could be covered under rape. If the woman is an adult who voluntarily has sex with a relative I don't see why she should be allowed to kill her unborn child because the father is a relative. But such cases are rare.
