Roger, thanks for the wonderful research into DIGEO and its partners. It answered many questions for me and I've read only Part 1. I believe the reason neither RCNC nor HSAC appear to have any stake in Digeo Partners was answered during GNET's annual meeting. I noticed that Russ never mentioned HSAC as one of the Broadband Partners and asked him about that omission. I believe it was he who replied that it was not deliberate, but that neither RCNC, which he did mention, nor HSAC was an equity partner in Broadband Partners. Another item, about which I am not certain, is the term of the partnership. Somewhere, sometime ago, I read that it was a five year term. Perhaps I am confused about that period. Your research indicates it is a 25 year term with 5 year renewals. I'd prefer that. However, I remain uncertain. It may be a 5 year term with 4 optional five year renewals, which would allow it to exist for 25 years. Nevertheless, I and our other former GNETers, as well as new friends, are indebted to you for a diligent task performed beautifully.

Your very good and appreciative friend,

Sy
