Tom, thanks for the thoughts. I came out of the quake, just fine. It is an amazing phenomenon to experience.... I was downtown surveying the damage this weekend, I still find it hard to believe that no one got crushed by all of the old brick facades & cornices that fell onto sidewalks. I believe I do feel the market psychology changing...feels like ebb tide right about now. Scott
