Hi Mark,

Remember what triggered QCOM to skyrocket from $5 to $200?

* Selling the infra unit
* Getting Ericy signed up to CDMA license
* Getting rid of the service unit
* Selling the handset unit

Palm is getting close to the point that Q was at a few years back.
One day the Palm OS unit will stand on its own foot, and that's the
day you will see Palm splitting into two (or even more) companies,
and the stock price will appreciate nicely.

Investing in QCOM is more like a sure shot these days, where you
know the stock will do fine for many years to come. Investing in
Palm is closer to venture investing, where you can hope for a
10x or 20x gain in the next few years, just as QCOM did a while
ago.

Best regards,

Khan
