Why are they still issuing buys then? "In addition, Merrill Lynch analyst Steve Fortuna said that he "strongly" believes Dell to be "positioned extremely well to outshine the competition," even as the personal computer industry encounters a "no-demand environment." Fortuna, in a research note, reiterated a "buy" rating on Dell shares as well as a $30 price target I'll take one of every company thats well positioned in a no-demand industry.<g> Ya just can't make this sh*t up!
