Hey, Paul...

My stocks? Ha! My stocks deserve nothing more than derisive laughter. What a bunch of sorry losers. Can't even stand up to a little bear market without running away with their tails between their cowardly legs. Pa-thetic. But I've been adding more sorry losers to keep them company as long as the price is cheap.

I still like the genomes- Affymetrix, Incyte, Nanogen, Caliper. Biotechs- Sepracor, Millenium. I too think fuel cells will be important, I've got some Ballard- but it may be a few years too early to load up IMO. Definitely an industry to pay attention to. In semiconductors I've had Rambus for several years- a lightning rod for controversy, but I think they are going to pull off their goal of being the dominant memory of next generation PCs.

My technique over the past year has been to place Good Til Canceled bids for stocks I like at around 30% below market- on really bad market days I can end up getting some good buys. A Modified Goof technique.
