I'm not suggesting a cure, I'm just suggesting a cause.

If health insurance and health care had always been subject to market realities, we would never be in the situation we are in today. And the costs would be lower, not higher. Subsidies always stifle efficiency and innovation.

But you are probably right, I don't see a way back to market based health care. We will always be dependent on our employer and government to make our insurance decisions for us.

Enough of this topic.
