Mr. Glotzer, I usually respect my elders because I hope they possess wisdom greater than my own. However, in your case, I'm at a loss to understand your involvement in Novell. Since your stock position is a mere 312 shares, how is it worth while for you to expend any energy whatsoever in attempting to reshape Novell's corporate structure or influence their business in any way? Do you play this game with other companies, and if you do, what is the pay back? Is this just an ego trip or have you found some way to be financially compensated for you efforts?
