Absolutely, he is the President, his first act after election night was to proclaim we are headed for recession. So far he has done everything to keep his promise, including not discussing any economic issues with any other countries or any economic leaders. He is ah operating in a National Missile Defense, Tax Cut, forget everything else mentality. BTW have you noticed Texas is in for a massive budget deficit due to Georgie's astute Governorship
