valuation is perceived to be too high in light of the warning of slowing of orders that has been reported by a large software company that shall remain nameless <g> , plus SEBL valuation relative to the market at large is also perceived to be too high. Not until the market is priced in all the reported real or not real negative news or proven the negative news to be wrong, will SEBL be able to stabilize, base and then move higher mostly likely in an outperform fashion, as long as the the recovery of the rest of the market is happening that is.
