That coffee house MUST make strong coffee! Could you share with us any sources for any of your views...and actual charges...(see your references (i),(ii), and (iii)....

There are many points to think about...but in the meantime...again, would be ever so delighted to see whatever proof, or sources you could provide.

I did dig up a few things you may (or may not) be interested in.... The merger (FYI) was announced in July and became final in Oct 2000....(see Roger's overview today)
