I'd say that the ORCL announcement is what's "causing" the decline. I hope that whatever caused ORCL to miss has nothing to do with SEBL (it would be nice for something I own to go up for a while), but I'm sure that this is the proximate cause of the decline. That said, even without the ORCL announcement, there would probably just be some other cause for people to panic and sell. I'm half-expecting SEBL to do fine this quarter and still have the stock go down...
