Not according to the two descriptions of locations on the sites - boliden.ca metal-res.com
... one in the Andes, one in the desert [F de C] just east of Antofagasta ... La Fortuna is a fairly common name for deposits, bit of a good luck charm maybe .... like there's about a hundred and fifty Beaver Creeks in Canada, all named by trappers -g-

There does seem to be a fair bit of consolidation going on, more than in the last few years anyway ... Noranda wants to focus on mining, and the market seems to like the idea - stockcharts.com
