I appreciate what you are saying about the company owing the shareholders some legitimite information. Take for instance Friendship Metals. This is the wonder lab which has done all of the test work for IPM. Neither myself nor any of my associates can find that they even exist. We have looked in AZ, CA, NV & UT. This would leave me to believe that:

1. They were only started to do analysis for IPM and then closed and they have never been available for other companies to use.

2. They are actually a part of IPM.

3. They never existed at all.

The only person who has been there is C.L.

and he signed a paper so he can't really tell us anything. Maybe Mr. Green has been there too, but I don't remember.

I think the shareholders at the annual meeting should demand to see the contracts with BD, Lycos, and Friendship and they should demand that they have representatives there also.
