I know PG Cty. In '95 I fabricated precast concrete panels they erected in front of the windows to the police station on or near Allentown Rd (can't remember exact location). Never had to make precast for that purpose before.Constant drive by shootings into their windows. Very close to Ft. Washington, an upper-end area where my parents live.
