Attention Qcharts users:

We've recently been experiencing client connectivity issues. Affected users
are those running older versions of QCharts and clients who have downloaded the
new beta version available as of February 12th.

Please follow these steps to correct the problem:
1) Shutdown QCharts.
2) Right click the icon that you use to start QCharts.
3) Left click properties. Under the tab "Shortcut", please make a note of the
directory information found in the field "Target".
4) Left click on the button "Find Target" toward the bottom of this window.
5) Find the file ContinuumClient.ini, the file name might be truncated due to
the column size, for example "ContinuumC" and/or it may not show the extension
".ini" The best identifier is that the icon representing the file is a "Notepad
with a gold circle".
6) Delete the file ContinuumClient.ini - Right click the file and left click
delete. Make sure that you are running the latest ContinuumClient.dll file.

7) It may take a few moments after you click this link before a connection is
established. When the window activates, please click on the choice "Run this
program from its current location" then ok. Click Yes on the "Security Warning",
as it is a secure site. The installation program will start and show a disclaimer
at the "Welcome", click next. At thenext window, "Choose Destination Location",
verify that the Destination Folder matches the directory information from "Step
#3" above, then click next all the way through.
8) Restart QCharts - you will have to re-input your username and password make
sure that they are in lowercase.

Firewall users:
If you are behind a Firewall and are pointed at one of the Mountain View servers
you will need to use one of the Sunnyvale addresses instead. You should verify
your best connection with Ping or a similar connectivity diagnosing application.
