... two articles I have read that mean something to me ... I do not remember where I got them, although it may have been here ... globalarchive.ft.com schaeffersresearch.com also ... (1) It looks like the bear market rally began yesterday - good time for investors to sell into strength in my personal and amateur opinion. (2) I placed protective stops on my 3 June S&P puts yesterday which locks-in about a 25% gain ... it will have to be a significant move up for them to be set off ... then I will buy them back (maybe as early as next week as either June puts or September puts). We had heavy snow here over night with strong northeast winds. I think it is expected to continue all day today and through tonight. They had forecasted up to hurricane force winds for today, but it is not real windy right now. I hope the coastal flooding is not too bad - it was devastating in 1978 when we lived in Scituate - TV just now says it does not look too bad and we are close to the most significant high tide. Ken
