They don't ring the bell at bottoms and say its time to get in. Yesterday it was lowering of earnings estimates and these stocks close up. Today they downgrade CSCO, YHOO and AKAM and all are up pre-market... The seeds of doubt for Bears of beloved crash turn into fear of loss of gain... turn into loss...

Today is MELT-UP DAY.

BKX held BKX 860 yesterday and worked it's way backj to near break-even. TA continue lower. BULLISH. BKX ought to run thru 898-902 by Weds close on its way to BKX 920 for starters.

Rydex Internet index that I never mention near/at an all time low. Capitulation in TA last night. BULLISH

Rydex Electronics index just came off a major low TA-wise on Friday close. ala SOX... BULLISH.

It is Bulls time to pack the punch....
