Victor, Guns are too easily available to people who should not be having them. On top of that, their use is glorified in movies and video/simulation games. All it takes is a gentle nudge on the trigger for disasterous consequences that cannot be undone. I believe (potential) victims rights should outweigh (potential) perpetrators rights.
