I just sent off my complaint to the SEC enforcement URL. I included the phone number (760 837-0770) that we have been calling; and explained that we traced it to Barstow, CA, etc.

BTW, if we have any PTUSA stock holders that are lurking this thread, without participating, I ask that you can help our cause by appealing to the SEC as we have. The e-mail address is "enforcement@sec.gov".
