Ted, re: management giving up on MatriDigm. In my post(7979), I didn't mean that Zitel or BRCP HAS given up (although it is starting to look that way) . but that Esping and King have both stated publicly that they will "know" about MatriDigm by September. So I think both ZITL & BRCP will reevaluate at that time. (Of course, recent events makes one think that King has already decided.)
