Damn.
The debate about Software CSS vs Hardware CSS appears to be over. I thought Cube had an advantage here, but apparently Compaq doesn't think so.

Perhaps not, the artilce mentions that they had a similar win with Packard Bell but they did not. The win with PB was for SoftPeg not SoftDVD. Compaq could be similar and not be DVD but only Software MPEG.
Guess we'll have to wait for the real announcement.

Cube's business model only calls for about 10% revenues coming from PC-DVD, consumer DVD will(?) be bigger for CUBE.

Now when Zoran starts announcing Consumer DVD wins I'll be even more worried.
