Andy, I believe that the weight loss in the rats was in reference to the weight of the tumor, not the rat. As far as rights go, I believe that AGN can buy 50% of the rights to everything owned by ALRI for a relatively cheap price ($9 million? - they put up $50 million in cash for ALRIZ, while LGND put up $17.5 million, part of which came from sale of LGND stock to AGN). I would be surprised if AGN did not exercise its option. Henry
