Hate to say it , Hook ----- the ADS sale wait has been an extraordinarily grueling time for any investor ... and for Ampex I assume ------but if they can arrange other financing they probably have almost two more years to sell. At this point it is obvious that multiple negotiations must have fallen through, and they may well be out there groping in hopes that the climate for tape storage asset valuation improves.

I admit I do not even begin to understand what they are thinking or doing at this point.Or if even they have some hopes.
