Gene, I asked the same question a few weeks ago. I found that if your trading actively go with one of the direct access brokers from the States (CyberTrader, a division of C.S.) However, that said, many are not currently taking new foreign clients until current legal jousting is resolved (six weeks I'm told). I'm waiting for CyberTrader and currently use both Etrade and Investorline both of which are expensive and inadequate. There is a comprehensive rating of all the brokers on the daytrading thread.
