Dynamic Imaging Group Signs Contract to Provide Internet Services to eWorld Broadcast, Inc. -- eWorldbroadcasting.com --
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 5, 2001--Dynamic Imaging Group, Inc., (OTCBB:DYIG - news) announced today that through its wholly owned subsidiary ``Digi eSolutions, Inc.'' has entered into a contract to provide a custom designed website to broadcast narrowband audio/video transmissions and engineering development on eWorlds ePlayer and eCaster product line. This contract can represent an income of $350,000 during the first two quarters of 2001 to Dynamic Imaging Groups, Digi eSolutions division. As of this date Digi eSolutions has under construction the basic design of the new website that will replace the current site that is now up on the Internet.
eWorld Broadcasting, has a patented ``delivery technology'' that transmits audio, video, gaming and other desirable contents to be broadcast over existing narrowband lines and 28.8k and 56K modems. This patented infinite-stream ``delivery technology'' of audio/video compression is a rapid-blast speed technology that completely eliminates all the drawbacks and restrictions normally associated with broadcasting on the Internet.
Dynamic Imaging established operations in 1998 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, it started as a trade show display and large format graphics provider catering to small business and manufactures through its network of 600 national and international distributors. During the past year Digi has begun setting up Digi Showcase Stores to market direct to the end user as well as selling through their distributor network. They now have established two stores, Digi of Miami and Digi of Fort Lauderdale. Dynamic Imaging's management is now studying three other sites in Florida for possible locations of new Digi Showcase Stores.
Following the world trend in sales and marketing, Dynamic Imaging has added a full range of Internet products and services by purchasing Peerless Solutions, Inc in May of 2000 (now Digi eSolutions). With the additional services provided by Digi eSolutions that includes domain name registration, small and large website design, accounting and financial software, web hosting and staff augmentation, Dynamic Imaging can offers their small to medium size customers the unique ability to handle any and all of its visual sales needs, as well as accounting, staffing and large company buying power. Since February of 1998 Digi has doubled its gross sales each year and anticipates year 2001 to be its best year with gross sales above $2,000,000.
