Someone at PRSF must have decided that today was news day:

Portal Software (PRSF: news, msgs, alerts) surged 15 percent after the San Francisco provider of business infrastructure software for communications firms unveiled a slew of new alliances. Before the opening bell, Portal announced plans to work with Nokia (NOK: news, msgs, alerts) , AOL Time Warner's (AOL: news, msgs, alerts) Time Warner Cable unit, P-Cube, CartiaSoft and Brix Networks. In the two high-profile deals of the bunch, both Nokia and Time Warner Cable agreed to license use of Portal's Infranet customer management and billing software platform.
