These initial flow rates don't tell the story about recoverable reserves or the commerciality of the block. Many other factors like reservoir characteristics, quality of the oil, etc. need to be determined through testing and appraisal. Can someone tell me something about the production sharing agreement if any on this block. Is it relatively favorable to the contractors or is the government just a percentage partner? TIA. I bought in on the news without doing much DD. By the way I perused the website after buying and the stock appears to be quite undervalued. A reverse split would not be good as Institutional buyers help the stock price and they like many shares for liquidity. alib
