I don't suppose that he should dwell on the economy in the toilet thing but at least I think he is being honest. Many economist's have been saying for well over a year that things were turning down badly. DC just kept smiling and saying life is good. I don't like that either.

But in agreement with you much about a recession is a state of mind. Adding to a negative mind set isn't going to turn it around anytime soon, tax cut or no IMO.
