I take it that DFI puts up nothing, expenses are borne by Trans Hex, DFI partakes of the profits. Numbers are lacking, so you are right on.

I wonder if the tables may be turned now? Whereas NAMCO could have made a bid for DFI, I wonder if DFI or De Beers might be interested in NAMCO. From the little I've seen, sounds like they are hurting. What do you think?
