I suspect that the SEC's warnings last year have caused many execs to re-think the costs of lying to the public. For any exec in the chip business to say anything else would be an invitation to a public hanging. Then there are the Milberg Weiss' of this world, carefully sifting through the latest public comments, looking for any excuse to launch a class action suit. The game has changed and the playing field is a bit more level. (g)
