I don't do any trading but when I need to verify quotes for CustomerSupport questions I use IQC and the Streaming Real Time portfolio. . I'm pretty sure the $500 dollars you are referring to is the fee that is for the services I've mentioned previously. This is something completely separate from the Streaming Real Time portfolio provided to us by Money.Net. Is it possible you received an email from Medved or from Datek about that?
