Wolfgang, you are right about the Omega CD-Rom, its a hassle to split half years, therefore i downloaded all of the historical data on 10,000+ stocks for the past two years from DialData. The data that i have on CD-Rom fits seamlessly with dial data's however in order to download the data from the CD-ROM to your hard drive you have to input all the stocks symbols of interest! No Thanks to that! I feel that Easy Language is incredibly user friendly, as a matter of fact it is kind of "dummy proof". What i mean by that is after you write a system you hit F3 to verify your system, if you did something wrong it will show you exactly where the system is wrong and a message as to what it would require to fix it. Of course if you wrote your program correctly without programming errors it won;t fix that :-( I just got off the phone today with a guy in Memphis who uses TS 4.0 and trades SP 500 futures, he's making about $300,000/yr in that market, however he is switching from that game to options using the Omega Options Trader, he said he can make more money doing that!! I got a copy of Options Trader but have not had the time to set it up yet, i hope to do that within 2 weeks. Blaine
