Boulder, Colo., March 6 (BridgeNews) - Price talk emerged Tuesday on AdvancePCS's proposed $200 million offering of seven-year senior notes, suggesting a yield in the 8.625% area, syndicate sources said.

The offering is slated to price on Wednesday via joint-book managers Banc of America Securities and Merrill Lynch.
The Irving, Texas-based provider of health improvement services plans to use proceeds to repay existing senior subordinated debt. End
