I have a friend who has a friend that works at an investment company that is pushing this stock. He didn't give me a reason. I spoke with Pat at Investor Relations this week and she said that the spinoff of XLconnect was most likely not going to happen because of the sale to Ingram and tax problems. Take the first part for what it is worth.
