The American left is bankrupt. I would love to see progressive ideas from the left. I would be on your side occasionally. But the left still hasnt gotten over the failure of the Great Society. And it cant accept anything rooted in conservatism as progressive. So what's left is class envy and high taxes. Where are the programs? Where are the new ideas? Most are now coming from the right and some even work. The Democrats are this generations version of the 1950 republicans. And you are forgiven for being abusive and self-righteous. We all have bad days.. Have a progressive day! and accept good ideas from the entire spectrum. mike
