David: I am not sure what all the fuss is about these faith based initiatives. Frankly, if the church of scientology, or the muslims, or budhists or sunflower worshipers or wickens does a good job of feeding the poor, helping single moms, addressing drug addiction, etc. they should get public funds, as in fact is the case now. If they do none of these things well they don't get the funds. If in the course of helping people with their problems some of those folks find religion. Well, I know some on the thread may find this to be a horrid thought, but they will likely be better for it. Little joe
