Yes, it was the wrong call. I also think it was a close call for AMD. Depending how deep this recession goes, it could be again.

However, in light of the fact AMD has been around since 1969 and it survived the challenges of the 70's, AMD has shown a history of being resilient.

Nonetheless, I consider AMD shares to be very risky.
