ALERT: CSCO REPORTS OPTIC ORDERS PICKED UP SUBSTANTIALLY OVER LAST FEW WEEKS......per Bloomberg this morning

I believe we are in the bottom of the V and starting to see light. Yes many company's will WARN, and the shorts will still own this market for the next several weeks, but we will look back come late april-and early may and wonder why we did not but way......down ........here.
