I am not so sure the Zydeco problem is totally Fortune's fault. Under the agreement, Fortune aquired a 50% interest in Zydeco's project. The key to this project is, however, 3-D and Steve Knecht, V.P. of exploration at Zydeco. I do not know why this project has been so slow going but I think it has been Zydeco's issues. I will call John Colins and find out for sure.
