From talking it was mentioned RGB was a Cabot pick that took a
serious dive. Was rather interesting that they also had a
class action suit filed against them (back in 94). More interesting
was Friday the suit was dismissed, following is the clip from
PR newswire:

Class Action Lawsuit Against R.G. Barry Corporation Dismissed

PICKERINGTON, Ohio, June 28 /PRNewswire/ -- R.G. Barry Corporation (NYSE: RGB) today announced that the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Eastern Division has dismissed a surported class action lawsuit filed in 1994 against the Company that had alleged federal securities law violations. The Company has been advised by counsel that the plaintiffs have declined to appeal the Court's decision. The litigation was originally filed as three separate lawsuits which were later consolidated into a single case by the Court. The Company had stated vigorously at the time that it believed the basis of these lawsuits was completely without merit.

Now, checking the chart on RGB it is currently above the point
were it took the dive, also has resumed it's splitting pattern.
Believe the graph is at www.stockmaster.com/sm/q/R/RGB.html

Whats this got to do with PRST ? Probably nothing, was just an
interesting coincidence of the parties involved, the FAST stair
step down, and the 1 year recovery to new highs. Just something
else to think about as we wait for PRST to resume an up pattern.

Later, TOM
