Sedona Establishes Center of Excellence to Enhance Customer Service Capabilities


KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 7, 2001--SEDONA(R) Corporation (NASDAQ: SDNA) announced today that it has established a Center of Excellence to provide cross-trained service personnel to streamline the company's service capabilities and increase the effectiveness of SEDONA's Intarsia(TM) customer relationship management (CRM) application solution and marketing solution services' customer support.

The Center of Excellence will combine more than 25 internal SEDONA specialists from the Professional Services, Marketing and Customer Care groups to broaden the skill and capability of each technical resource in order to provide a wider range of services to SEDONA's customers. Each member of the team will maintain a primary focus area of expertise, but will be cross-trained in sales support, customer care, call center support, installation and product training to extend their proficiency and understanding of SEDONA's CRM solutions.
