Bob, SI claims they don't allow advertising when clearly they do. Threads linked to pay sites contain messages with nothing except discussion on services and rates on their pay sites.

So either SI is stupid, SI is lying and/or SI are total hypocrites about the way they "enforce" this total joke of a policy.

It's a pity no SI official has seen fit to join the discussion here and address the issues directly. But duck and hide has been their style on this for years now.
