OTC Communications Discontinues Services For SYSTEMS of Excellence

NEEDHAM, Mass., Oct. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- OTC Communications announced today
that in view of recent disclosures made by SYSTEMS of Excellence
(OTC Bulletin Board: SEXI) (SOE), OTC Communications has decided that it can
no longer represent SOE and has discontinued its relationship.
The primary function of OTC Communications is to communicate and
disseminate factual information and statements obtained from the client
company as accurately and rapidly as possible. Since SOE stated in a press
release on October 18th that, "the Company lacks confidence in the financials
that were filed and prior press releases; and investors and market makers
should not rely on such filed financials or press releases.", OTC
Communications cannot be certain as to the accuracy of any information
pertaining to SOE and must therefore discontinue its relationship with SYSTEMS
of Excellence.
The only information OTC Communications currently has on SYSTEMS of
Excellence is mentioned in SOE's latest announcement released on October 18,
1996. All future communication and questions regarding SYSTEMS of Excellence
