If I were to buy back Jan 60s, it would be to sell closer in options at higher premiums repetitively between now and Jan. If you're really worried about the stock price running away from you, you could always buy more shares should the stock approach your strike price; then choose whether or not you want to sell another call against the new shares at the next higher strike.

Just a thought. But there really isn't enough premium in distant options to make it worthwhile.
