There are a number of reasons for my reverse proposal. A number of firms Including ML won't trade (EVEN when the customer demands it) in sub $3 stock. You can guess all the reasons (and the reasons for not are??), not the least of which is an indication of management of sincere effort to turn the company and it's perception around. Not many really credible co's trade for this low. What's the gain versus the cost in it? {Other than making market makers happy perhaps.)

A series of concrete steps are necessary to restoring credibility. Project execution of course is key - but I'd take a comprehensive approach as a measure of sincerity.
