David Menlow is on CNBC right now talking about upcoming IPOs. He mentioned Agere from Lucent, and mentioned that "it looks like Lucent is desparate to get the money.". Add in the rumors of sale of their fiber cable unit at a relatively low multiple of sales and that reinforces this thought. I think LU is into MAJOR decline.
