So Pat, have you noticed your eyesight continue to degrade since switching to the LCD display? However, I had eye surgery one year ago. My eyes were fine for awhile but rapidly dropped off to the point where I wear glasses for certain things again. The eye surgery was laser surgery to correct vision to 20/20. I've order a monitor filter to arrest the glare as a first step I'll let you know how it works out. It hasn't arrived yet. I could use another monitor anyway, so I think I'll try an LCD as step two. Every trader who has replied to my post that uses LCD said they are easier on the eyes than CRT displays. Esteban
