Mike, Good call. Unloading began on 2/6/01. Roughly 125,000 shares sold on that date by insiders. ipolockup.com Nice tables charts, but I'm starting to notice holes in the info from these guys. They had nothing on RIGL, for instance. No substitute for searching the S-1, as you apparently have. Cheers, Tuck
