cnbc just updated the yhoo situation, and reported they will release news @ 5pm on some sort of management shakeup/earnings warning or something to that sort, and then have a conference call afterwards. They said they are not involved in talks with another company.

Now I ask...why is the stock halted by the NASD? Let the market decide what is fair and what isn't, not the NASD.
